Meet your guide at 12 Place Vendôme, in front of the "Chaumet" jewelry store. From Opera metro station: Take exit 2 (rue de la Paix). When you exit the metro you'll see the Opera house in front of you. With your back to the Opera house, you'll see a huge bronze column before you (Place Vendome). Take the street "rue de la Paix" and walk on the left-hand side. The jewelry shop "Chaumet" will be on your left. From Tuileries metro station: There is only one exit. Go out from the metro, there is a big garden (Tuileries garden) on your right. Go straight in the direction of the traffic and turn to the right at the 3rd street (r. de Castiglione, go on the right sidewalk). You'll see a huge column in bronze (Place Vendome). The tour meets at the Place du Marché Saint-Honoré, in front of the store "Maison PRADIER", which is just below the glass building. The nearest Métro station is "Tuileries". If you come by metro, take the line 1 and get off at the stop "Tuileries". When you go out of the metro, there is the Tuileries Garden on your right, and in your left there is a tiny street named "Rue du 29 Juillet" which brings you straight under the glass building. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour begins. • The tour takes place rain or shine. In case of rain, your guide will provide you with raincoats. Electric heating vests are also available during colder weather • Children are welcome on the tour.
